Zhanpeng Hydraulic Reflects on a Productive Showing at the 2025 China Coal & Mining Expo in Beijing

We are pleased to report that Zhanpeng Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd. successfully participated in the 2025 China International Coal & Mining Technology Exchange and Equipment Exhibition in Beijing. The expo—held at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) from October 28 to October 31, 2025—brought together global leaders, technical experts, and end users across the mining and heavy machinery sectors, and offered an excellent arena for technical exchange and business development. 

During the four days, our booth showcased a carefully selected portfolio of our flagship units: the A11VLO, A10VO, A20V, and A4VGvariable displacement Piston Pumps; ourA6Vvariable displacement Hydraulic Motor; and fixed-displacement favorites including theAA2FM, A2FEHydraulic Motors and theA17FO piston pump. Our primary objective at the expo was straightforward: connect European OEMs, distributors and system integrators with hydraulic solutions that reduce downtime and improve system efficiency. The A11VLO and A10VO attracted attention for their advanced flow control and energy-saving potential under heavy-load, variable-speed conditions—attributes that are especially relevant to modern mining machinery and mobile equipment. In parallel, our A4VG series was presented as an ideal option for closed-circuit hydraulic systems requiring precise control.

We emphasized how the right hydraulic pump selection reduces overall fuel consumption and improves machine responsiveness; similarly, demonstrations of our hydraulic motors (A6V, AA2FM, A2FE) focused on torque performance and integration flexibility for conveyor drives, shearer-heads, and shuttle cars. Our technical team ran live Q&A sessions on life-cycle costs, retrofit strategies, and compatibility with European control systems.

A major benefit of attending the expo was the depth of technical dialogue. Over the course of the event we held dozens of technical meetings and informal bench sessions with engineering leads from Europe and beyond—discussing topics from valve sizing to thermal management in continuous-operation environments. Quality assurance remains central to our message. At the booth we highlighted our production practices: precision CNC machining, ultrasonic component inspection, and endurance testing regimes that validate each unit’s performance under simulated mining loads. We also discussed international compliance—how our manufacturing and testing processes align with relevant standards to ensure safe, predictable performance in export markets. These topics resonated strongly with European procurement teams prioritizing reliability and traceable supply chains.

The show generated strong business leads and confirmed interest from multiple European distributors seeking long-term supply partnerships. We are now following up with tailored quotes, technical drawings, and on-site engineering visits to move POCs towards pilot orders. According to industry coverage, the 2025 expo hosted over a thousand exhibitors and tens of thousands of professional visitors—an indicator of the show’s scale and the value of face-to-face technical exchange. 

We also used the expo to strengthen relationships with existing partners and to negotiate joint-development opportunities for energy-efficient hydraulic solutions tailored to Europe’s regulatory and operational landscape.

Commitment to Sustainable Hydraulic Solutions

Sustainability and efficiency are no longer optional. We reiterated our commitment to lowering lifetime carbon intensity through product design choices—improving volumetric efficiency in pumps, reducing internal leakage in motors, and optimizing valve logic to minimize heat generation. These engineering strategies not only lower fuel consumption for mobile equipment but also extend component life, lowering replacement frequency and waste.
